How It Works
1. Make an order on our website.
2. Please, make sure that your device is packed safely and securely, including a print or written out of the order confirmation.
2. Send your device to our main repair shop: BrandLab Unit 19, Bridge Road, UB2 4AE, Southall, London.
4.Your device is fixed and sent back to you.
1. On the Checkout Page, please, choose a PREPAID Box Delivery Method.
2. We'll send a box to you with a return label inside.
3. When you receive the box, stick a ready-made postage label onto it and put your device inside.Then drop off the box at the closest Royal Mail post office.
3. We fix your device and send it back to you.
