Terms & Conditions
This page provides the information about www.brand-lab.co.uk , Brandlab or BrandLab London Limited (here also referred to as “Seller” or “we”) as well as the legal terms and conditions of giving services to you (also referred to as “Customer” or “Buyer”). Before you order any services from Brandlab, please carefully read our Terms and Conditions, as you’ll be asked to agree to them before placing an order. In case you refuse to accept our Terms and Conditions, unfortunately you will not be able to place an order on Brandlab site. As Terms and Conditions are revised and changed from time to time, please read them every time you want to place an order. These Terms and Conditions were most recently updated in December 2018.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
A Customer can make a change to the order or cancel it the same day of the order by contacting Brandlab in writing. You can’t cancel the order after it has been shipped to you. If the order change leads to the price change, you’ll additionally be informed about it and no changes will be made unless confirmed by you. In case a Customer has made a payment in advance for the order which is cancelled Brandlab is sure to refund the money.
All the orders (but the Repair Services) are returned: a) within the UK - Royal Mail 1st class (free of charge); 1st class signer for (a charged delivery) or Next Day Delivery (a charged delivery) b) worldwide - Royal Mail standard shipping (a charged delivery) or Royal Mail tracked shipping (a charged delivery) Brandlab aims to provide high quality service within the timeframe. Though, there may be some events beyond our control, such as waiting for a part/ an item which is ordered to be delivered with Brandlab. Brandlab can’t be in this case liable for a late delivery. When you receive the device/ an item, please, examine it carefully. If it is delivered to you damaged or not as described, you should inform Brandlab within 3 days of the receipt. If you inform Brandlab later than 3 days of the receipt about the possible damage of the device/ item, we’ll have no liability. Your statutory or any other rights are preserved. A Customer is responsible for a safe shipping of the device to Brandlab. If we receive a device with additional damage or it is lost in transit, then the shipper is fully responsible for that. Please ensure that the parts are well sealed and wrapped, so nothing goes missing.
RETURN AND REFUND
If the item you’ve received is not as described, the Seller is responsible for paying return postage costs. If a Buyer changes their mind about a purchase and wants to return it, they will be required to pay the return postage costs. The Seller can provide a return postage address and additional return postage information for the Buyer. Please, contact us to agree on the postal service used and the cost before returning the item. When you receive the device/ an item, please, examine it carefully. If it is delivered to you damaged/unrepaired, you should inform Brandlab within 3 days of the receipt. If you inform Brandlab later than 3 days of the receipt about the possible damage of the device/ item, we’ll have no liability. Your statutory or any other rights are preserved. You must return the item – in the same condition as you received it – within 30 calendar days of requesting the return. It's good practice to include tracking information (if available) when returning an item. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the postage label, and send the item back to us.
WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
All of our products come with a 30 days’ warranty. The warranty doesn’t cover any physical or water damage.
When you place an order you authorize and consent to Brandlab to perform the repair service on your device. A Customer agrees to release and hold Brandlab and its technicians from liability for any claims or damages of any kind that may arise from any repair work performed on the device, unless it is caused by Brandlab’s negligence. A Customer agrees that any data or information stored on the device is a Customer’s sole responsibility and Brandlab accepts no liability for loss, deletion, amendment to or corruption of such data. Therefore we highly recommend you to back up your device prior to sending your device to Brandlab for repair. A Customer acknowledges that any repair services provided by Brandlab may void manufacturer warranties for your device. Also you should mention any modifications or repairs which have previously been attempted or completed on your device. Brandlab will test and perform a check-in diagnosis of your device before the repair. If the device appears to be in a different condition than previously described, a Customer agrees to be charged in addition, but this will be agreed with you before the start of the repair. Should there be an unlikely event of any defect after the repair service which is covered by the warranty, please contact Brandlab and give a reasonable opportunity to eliminate it.

You can’t cancel the order after the start date of the repair. If the order change of the repair service leads to the price change, you’ll additionally be informed about it and no changes will be made unless confirmed by you. In case a Customer has made a payment in advance for the service, which will not be provided, Brandlab is sure to refund the money except for the postage cost necessary to return the device to you.
REPAIR SERVICE DELIVERY
All the devices are returned by the Next Day or Royal Mail 1st class tracked delivery. Brandlab aims to provide high quality service within the timeframe. Though, there may be some events beyond our control, such as waiting for a part/ an item which is ordered to be delivered with Brandlab. Brandlab can’t be in this case liable for a late delivery.
REPAIR SERVICE WARRANTY
All of the repairs come with 12 months’ warranty. The warranty doesn’t cover any physical damage (e.g. phone drop, glass breakage etc. after the repair),water damage or diagnostic service. If only parts were purchased, the warranty is limited to the parts replacement only. The warranty DOES NOT protect against any of the following: 1) any mishandling that has caused subsequent damage to the repaired device; 2) water or other liquid damage; 3) damage or faults after the Customer’s attempts (or any third party) to repair the device; 4) software issues that are not related to the repair or any damage resulting from viruses and the like; 5) any jailbroken or “rooted” devices; 6) new damages which occurred after the repair service at Brandlab.
REPAIR SERVICE RETURN AND REFUND
A Customer agrees that when the device/ an item is received, it should be examined carefully by a Customer. If a Customer notices that it is delivered damaged/unrepaired, Brandlab should be informed within 3 days of the receipt. A Customer agrees that if they inform Brandlab later than 3 days of the receipt about the possible damage of the device/ item, Brandlab will have no liability. All Customer’s statutory or any other rights are preserved. If there is an unlikely event of having any defect coming with the repair which is covered by the warranty, please contact Brandlab and we’ll fix or repair the device for you for free or offer a refund for the service.
REPAIR SERVICE NO FIX NO FEE
This policy presupposes that if we are unable to fix your device, you don’t pay for the service. Only shipping charges (£4.99) apply unless the repair is successful. This “no fix no fee”policy doesn’t apply to the liquid damage, or any other service which was a success. For example, if the screen replacement was completed successfully and the front camera hasn’t been fixed, you’ll have to pay for the screen replacement only and a “no fix, no fee” policy will be applied to front camera and you won’t pay for it. Brandlab will have no liability to you if it is not possible to repair your device, as Brandlab cannot guarantee that your device is capable of repair.
